- After successful payment, you receive lifetime access to the enrolled course
- Course content (videos, PDFs, quizzes) is for your personal, non-commercial use only
- Access may be revoked if we detect sharing, redistribution, or resale of course content
- Course content may be updated or improved over time at the instructor's discretion
- Free courses may be withdrawn or made paid at any time with reasonable notice
4. Payment & Refund Policy
- All prices are displayed in USD; BDT payments are converted at the current rate
- Payments are processed securely via SSL Commerz (BDT) or Stripe (USD)
5. Intellectual Property
- All course content, videos, materials, and platform design are owned by respective instructors
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content
- Screen recording, downloading, or re-uploading course videos is strictly prohibited
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content in any community features
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform's operation
- Use automated bots or scrapers to extract data from the platform
- Impersonate instructors, staff, or other users
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
9. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time by contacting support
- We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms
- Upon termination, your access to paid courses will be removed without refund
